In addition to the Seekirchl the Olympia experience bathing area, with kidney-shaped 25-meter pool, underwater massage beds to relax, rocky island with fountain, children’s area with children’s and baby pools, various slides and heated outdoor pool has free admission for our guests (on weekdays, Monday – Thursday).
Cross-country skiing for all – classic and skating
Enjoy your cross-country skiing holiday in Seefeld with its large 262 km wide network of trails for all abilities for classical cross-country skiing and skating. Our altitude allows great conditions through to late March. Night skiing is particularly popular. Whether classic or skating style, a world champion or beginner – you set the pace, Seefeld provides the best trails and Sport2000 can rent you the optimal equipment!
Biathlon is an interesting variation to cross-country skiing. The biathlon stadium in the middle of the Nordic arena in Seefeld has 9 stands for small calibre shooting. Airgun stands are also on site. Biathlon – experience it for yourself!
Skiing enjoyment you can only in Seefeld
32 cable cars and lifts take you comfortably to the ski areas at an altitude up to 2000 m – perfect conditions for your skiing holiday in Seefeld. Snow-making facilities ensure optimum slope conditions from mid-December to late March.
Ski hire and ski school are right next to the valley stations to help you! At both ski areas there is plenty of parking or you can take the free ski bus (bus stop 3 minutes walk from us)
The largest winter hiking area in Tyrol
Winter hiking and snowshoeing is popular in Seefeld. Whether as a “day of rest” for skiers, as variety for cross-country skiers or hardworking walkers – you can explore more than 140 km of winter hiking trail.
At Wildmoos, accessible by bus you can also reach some longer and higher hiking and walking trails, as well as pastures and mountain huts.
Of course, all are well marked, cleared and gritted – so winter walking is safe
Families in Winter
As parents of three children we know how important a holiday for children is. Seefeld is perfect for families in winter. Lots of snow, lots of sun (plateau location) and family-friendly facilities are just a few advantages. Easy ski slopes, ski schools for children, ice skating rink, sledge runs – whether in the pedestrian zone, the Seekirchl or at Geigenbühel – allow children to enjoy tobogganing and sledging. Fun for the whole family.
The winter hiking trails are mostly accesible to prams and pushchairs, with many picnic areas. Welcoming mountain huts are openwe have a range of toboggans and sledges to use at no cost from the hotel.
